What Sassy learned from the little man.

We’re beck form our visit to the wizardly mandoctor. Here are the goods :  

- The latest blood draw confirmed what the sonogram of my ovaries seemed to indicate, that my fsh levels indicate that my ovaries and aging before their time. Basically the proverbial biological clock (rolls eyes) has gone bazonkers and the hours are passing like minutes while the minutes are fleeting like seconds.I found this out two weeks ago and honestly, it has been the shocker of this whole infertility episode. I never imagined that at my age time was running out or may have already run out for me. And to think I wasted all that birth control.

 - The results from the Spanish Inquisition torture seance latest test test are good, my fallopian tubes are not blocked, and are normal. Yay for normal tubes !

 - We can inseminate, and will begin on my next cycle. Yay for insemination !

 - I can stop taking my temperature every morning getting chewed out by Manboy every morning for forgetting to take my temperature before getting out of bed. I told the Mandoctor that this news came as a great relief and would surely take a great strain off our marriage.

 - You can call a ‘needle’ a ‘pen’ but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m going to be piercing my own skin with it. Manboy is really bugging me about this one. He’s got this funky needle fettish and says he’s been dreaming all his life about being authorized to inject someone. He thinks I’m going to be his guinea pig and spent nearly the whole car ride from the clinic begging me to give him “Just one chance” and that he’d be “Really careful not to hurt me”. Sha, go play doctor somewhere else Manboy, you’re not getting anywhere near this tooshie.
