Paintings

I started oil painting classes in June 2008. I have wanted to do this for years, but either didn’t have the courage, afraid I would be silly, afraid I would fumble, afraid that I would not like what I might find.

I don’t know if I should regret not having done this earlier, or if I should tell myself that it wasn’t the time yet. I don’t know yet if my love for this new means of expression will fade, or if it will grow. I don’t know if my hands will fall off and I’ll have to learn how to paint with my toes.
